What are the best necklace lengths for layering?
Layering can be tricky. We usually like to always keep 2" in between each layer, but the beauty of layering is to make it your own. Feel free to mix & match different lengths, shapes & shades.

Will the choker fit me?
Our chokers come with a 2" extension to ensure that it's not too small & will always fit. Depending on your neck size, the choker will fit looser or tighter.

What is the most common necklace size?
The most common necklace lengths is between 16"-22".

What is your jewelry made of?
Ariviera currently offer jewelry that are 14k gold filled and have a 18k gold plating.

What is the difference between 14K & 18K Gold?

14k gold is composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% other metals. 18k gold is composed of 75% gold, which is alloyed with other metals to make it strong enough for everyday wear.

Which other metals do you bind your gold with?

Ariviera uses both brass and 925 Sterling Silver, which is an alloy of 92,5% silver and 7.5% copper and traises of other natural metals.

My skin is turning blue, why?

This is unfortunately an allergic reaction. Approximately 17% can experience an allergic reaction to mixed metals. When they do, the moisture from the skin reacts with the metals and creates salts. When the salts gets absorbed by the skin it turns blue. It's recommended to only use solid gold if your skin reacts to mixed metals. Ariviera will launch solid gold pieces in the future.

Will my skin turn green from wearing Ariviera?
No. It is cheaper metals like nickle or bronze that makes your skin turn green.
